Is 1000mg 10% strength right for me?

Our superior quality CBD oils come in a range of strengths from low dose 5% to 10%, 20%, 30% and extra high strength 40%. Some customers will know what strength they need, but others may need a bit of guidance. It does depend on what you're looking to take CBD oil for.

DOSAGE

5-10 drops taken daily, 2-3 times a day. Do not exceed the stated dose.

RECOMMENDED USE

Place drops under the tongue and hold for 60 seconds, and then swallow. Drops can also be applied topically (on the skin) and can be added to food and drink.

CBD Protein Bars

Makes 10
Prep time: 15 minutes
Chilled time: 2-3 hours
Dosage: Start with 15mg of CBD oil, add more or less depending on the desired effect.

Ingredients

• 125g chocolate protein powder - or normal protein powder + cocoa powder

• 25g dark chocolate - chopped into bits

• 30g chia seeds

• 60g hemp seeds

• 120g mixed seeds & nuts

• 4 tbsp coconut oil

• 60ml water

• 15mg CBD oil

• 1 tbsp of any nut butter

• ¼ tsp cinnamon

• 20 dates - chopped

How to make

1. Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper

2. Add all of the dry ingredients to a food processor and pulse to combine and chop to your desired chunkiness - empty to a large bowl

3. Add the coconut oil, CBD oil, dates, nut butter and water to the food processor and blend until well combined. Add more water slowly if the mixture is too stiff

4. Combine both mixtures together in the large bowl

5. Pour the mixture into the baking tray and even out with a spatula

6. Put in the fridge for 2-3 hours, then chop into bars or bites
