Delivery & Returns

We send all our parcels via DPD Courier service to ensure that our customers have access to the most reliable and best possible tracked postal service. DPD allows you to fully track your parcel with updates via email and SMS, as soon as your parcel leaves us. On the day of your delivery you will be given a one hour delivery window as well as the name of your driver, live updates on your drivers location and how many deliveries they have to make before reaching you.
 
What is your returns policy?

All of Natural Strain's products are perishable and therefore we are unable to offer refunds or returns. If there is an issue with your purchase, please contact care@naturalstrains.co.uk


Do you offer wholesale?

At this time we don't offer wholesale prices to business trade.

Are your packages discreet?

Yes. Our products are sent out in green padded Jiffy bags with no branding, so your purchase is kept private. Our recyclable Jiffy bags are high quality, extremely tough Kraft envelopes with cushioned fibre lining that are grease and puncture resistant. This makes them ideal for maximum protection of your CBD product.

Are products in packaging that eliminates any detectable smell?

The inner packaging consists of our uniquely designed smell proof and moisture proof mylar bags that are made from craft paper. For the glass bottles the packaging is a craft paper tube.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately at the moment we do not ship internationally however for future notice, international shipping will depend on your local laws. All purchases are at the made at customer's discretion

Where is my order?

DPD have a fantastic dedicated customer service team, and would be more than happy to answer any questions and queries regarding any delivery related questions. DPD 1-2 Working Days Delivery, how does it work?

Orders placed before 4pm Monday-Friday will be posted via DPD 1-2 Working Days Delivery and in most cases are delivered next working day 

What if I am not going to be in to receive my order?

No problem, DPD allows you to choose from different options such as deliver to a nominated neighbour, leave it in a safe place, drop off to a local DPD Drop off shop or change your delivery day. You can find all this information in the email you will receive from DPD.

Do I have to pay custom charges for international orders?

For future notice, any custom charges that may occur are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws. All custom charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by Natural Strains. For more in depth information, we advise contacting your local customs office to avoid any unexpected delivery charges.

What happens if my order is late?

If your order hasn’t arrived within 5 working days. Please contact us straight away so that we can put things right.
